Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Ltd in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, is seeking a Process Coordinator (Operations and Maintenance) to coordinate maintenance activities, manage the PTW system, and ensure safe, compliant execution of planned work.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Production to plan shutdowns, manage isolation protocols, and drive continuous improvement in work control, safety and efficiency across site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and safe systems of work.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, petrochemical or industrial environments.
• Knowledge and practical experience of Permit to Work systems and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Issue, control, monitor and maintain the site's PTW system.
• Ensure permits are prepared, reviewed and authorised per site procedures.
• Verify risk assessments, safety documentation and isolation requirements are in place before work.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure safe execution and minimise disruption.
• Provide guidance on permit requirements and safe systems of work.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to plan activities.
• Assist with audits, procedures and startup check sheets.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds and outages.
• Drive continuous improvement in work control processes.
