Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is seeking a Process Coordinator (Operations and Maintenance Coordinator) to coordinate maintenance activities across the site, ensuring safe planning, isolation, and execution of work in line with EHS requirements. A strong focus on PTW control and collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Production is essential.

You will lead work control efforts during planned shutdowns and outages, drive improvements in maintenance planning, and ensure compliance with site

Qualifications

• Strong safety culture and safe systems of work.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge and practical experience of PTW systems and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and outages to minimise disruption.
• Manage the site's Permit to Work (PTW) system end-to-end.
• Liaise with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to plan work.
• Develop and communicate isolation plans for planned maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement of work control and plant reliability.
