Job summary

Wolviston Management Services seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner to coordinate scheduling, resources and PM campaigns across the site. You will align maintenance with production, lead planning meetings, and ensure safety and permit-to-work compliance.

The role requires CMMS proficiency, strong Excel skills, and a proactive reliability-improvement mindset to optimise asset availability and spares management.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing or related technical discipline.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination within manufacturing, process, chemical, utilities, energy or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, IFS or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work management principles.
• Experience coordinating labour, contractors, shutdowns and maintenance resources.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work.
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate maintenance schedules across plant assets.
• Lead weekly planning meetings with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Ensure work orders are prepared with materials, labour and permits.
• Control shutdowns, turnarounds and major campaigns.
• Administer CMMS data and drive KPI reporting and backlog management.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, scheduling and execution.
