Job summary

Circle Health Group in Glasgow is seeking a Materials Assistant to join the Materials department. This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role requires covering a flexible shift pattern at Ross Hall Hospital.

You will support day-to-day materials management and stock replenishment for internal departments. Ideal candidates have GCSEs in Maths and English, are proficient with Word and Excel, and can work independently with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE/O level Maths and English or equivalent.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the Materials Department and support day-to-day operations.
• Provide effective materials management to internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability via correct ordering and replenishment.
• Maintain departmental paperwork accurately and accessibly.
• Comply with mandatory training.
