Circle Health Group’s Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is seeking a Materials Assistant to join the Materials department. This full-time role (37.5 hours) involves a flexible shift pattern and supports efficient hospital operations.

You will manage stock, process orders, and maintain records while contributing to a patient-focused supply chain environment. GCSEs in Maths and English and proficiency in Word/Excel are required.

Formación

Salary: Up to £25,525.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for an Materials Assistant to join their team of staff in theMaterials department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• You are an active member of the Materials Department, involved in the day to day running of the department.
• Provide an effective and high-quality materials management service to all internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability through the correct order processing and replenishing of pre-approved stock and products for central stores or on behalf of hospital departments.
• Maintain all departmental paperwork and files in good order with reference to accuracy, appropriateness and availability.
• You comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of GSCE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
