Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is seeking a Materials Assistant to join the Materials department. This full-time role (37.5 hours) involves a flexible shift pattern and supports efficient hospital operations.

You will manage stock, process orders, and maintain records while contributing to a patient-focused supply chain environment. GCSEs in Maths and English and proficiency in Word/Excel are required.

Qualifications

• GCSE/O level Mathematics and English required.
• PC proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Able to work on own initiative with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Materials Department.
• Provide high-quality materials management service to internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishment.
• Maintain departmental paperwork with accuracy and reference to availability.
