Premier Inn Dumfries is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the hotel running smoothly.

No hotel experience is required—friendly people who enjoy helping others and staying calm under pressure will be taught the rest.

This permanent role offers 16 guaranteed hours per week, a full training program, and benefits across Whitbread including staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
