Job summary

Premier Inn Portishead is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner to ensure a smooth stay. You may work evenings, weekends and busy periods, with 25 guaranteed hours weekly and no zero-hours contracts.

No hotel experience is required; we Welcome friendly, customer-focused people and will provide full training to get you started. Opportunities to grow across Premier Inn are available.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful disposition is valued; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar work and serving drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
