Job summary

Whitbread's Port Talbot Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. The role includes flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, at Port Talbot.

The position offers 15 guaranteed hours per week, a permanent contract, and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Prior hospitality experience is not required; training is provided to help you settle in quickly.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and able to stay calm when busy.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
