Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow (Hamilton) is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide breakfast or dinner service. You’ll handle inquiries, help guests feel welcome, and support the hotel team to keep the reception and public areas looking their best.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; no two days are the same as you help guests and colleagues during busy periods. Prior hotel experience isn’t required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Welcomes guests and helps them check in
• Serves breakfast or meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answers questions and helps solve problems
• Helps keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Supports teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Makes sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
