Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Compliance Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a permanent basis in Salisbury. You will audit gas, electric, H&S and air source heat pumps, check certificates and maintain strong liaison with the H&S team.

A full UK driving license and DBS check are expected; company vehicle or fuel coverage is provided. The role offers a permanent, stable position with a salary up to £50k per year and an earliest start in four weeks.

Qualifications

• Gas or electrical/M&E qualification is required.
• Knowledge of gas, electric, and H&S standards.
• Experience carrying out residential audits.
• Driving license and DBS checked or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and auditing gas, electric, H&S and air source heat pumps.
• Checking certificates and ensuring compliance.
• Liaising with the H&S team on safety standards.
• Checking off technical certificates and documentation.
