Niyaa People is partnering with a leading contractor to appoint a Compliance Surveyor on a permanent basis. The role is based in Salisbury with a strong office presence, offering stability and progression.

You will oversee and audit gas, electric, H&S and air source heat pumps, check certificates, liaise with the H&S team and ensure tech certificates are in order for residential properties. Immediate start in 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Gas or electrical/M&E qualification is required.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical systems and H&S.
• Experience carrying out residential audits.

We are currently working on behalf of our client to find someone who is intrested in taking a chance to join a leading contractor as a Compliance Surveyor on a permanent basis. You will be based in Salisbury, and maintainng a strong office presence.
