The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £55,105 per year, mileage covered, and a £7,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in social housing.
• NEBOSH fire or general/IOSH certification.
• HNC/HND qualification.
• Knowledge of big 6 in property compliance.
