Job summary

Protocol Education are working with a specialist and inclusive school in Newham, seeking a Permanent Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their SEND team. You will support pupils with behavioural, social and emotional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, using positive strategies to foster engagement and learning.

Protocol Education are working with a specialist and inclusive school in Newham who are seeking a Permanent Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant. This is a long‑term opportunity for someone who is resilient, confident, and committed to supporting pupils with challenging behaviour in a positive and structured way.

The role will include:

To be successful, you will need:
  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (SEMH desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
