Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an SAP Business Analyst to work onsite in Ipswich, UK. The role focuses on translating financial and operational processes into SAP-based solutions, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will lead end-to-end SAP implementations across modules and ensure alignment with core operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on SAP experience across FICO, MM, SD and strong data analysis, communication and project-management skills.

This role is central to translating complex financial and operational business processes into effective IT and SAP-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are aligned with and enhance core business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP experience across multiple modules, and the ability to lead end-to-end system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
• Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Develop system blueprints outlining design and configuration
• Build and validate prototypes with stakeholders
• Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems
• Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including unit testing and UAT
• Coordinate and support Go-Live activities, providing immediate post-implementation support
• Develop and deliver end-user training programmes
• Create user manuals and system documentation
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for process optimisation and enhancement
