Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist independent day school in Wirral.

You will provide tailored support to students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia and anxiety, working in a small-class environment to develop academic, social and emotional skills.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English at acceptable grade (4/C or above).
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or actively working towards.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You'll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
