Job summary

Healthcare Homes Group seeks a caring Care Assistant to join Home Close, a welcoming nursing home in Fulbourn. You will assist residents with personal care, provide companionship and help maintain records, with full training provided.

Day shifts 8am–8pm, including alternate weekends, and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care. No prior experience required; thorough induction and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake induction and training.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to residents.
• Able to work day shifts and weekends on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (hygiene, dressing, etc).
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Maintain accurate resident records.
