Dignus Group is seeking a Peripatetic Manager to provide flexible leadership across residential and supported living services, ensuring safe, person-centred care. You will support complex admissions, transitions and new placements while driving improvement and maintaining quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, change management and the ability to work across multiple sites, with occasional central-office or home-based work where appropriate.
This is a predominantly site-based role, working across our services. There may also be occasional opportunities to work from our central office or from home, where appropriate and required.

You’ll support services through periods of growth, transition, improvement and change, helping to ensure the people we support receive safe, high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes.
This is a highly visible and influential role where no two days are the same. You could be supporting a complex admission, helping a service through a period of improvement, supporting a new service mobilisation or stepping in as an Interim Registered Manager.
