Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to support a number of care homes across Yorkshire on a peripatetic basis. The role focuses on delivering clinical leadership, developing nursing teams and maintaining high standards of care across services.

You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, hold a driver’s licence, and bring leadership experience from a nursing home setting to drive improvements in resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration.
• Driver with access to own vehicle.
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across multiple services.
• Support and develop nursing teams to improve resident outcomes.
• Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration

• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
