Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Peripatetic Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership across Yorkshire nursing homes. You will support and develop nursing teams, ensuring consistently high standards of resident care and addressing clinical challenges across several services.

The role suits an experienced RN with leadership history, NMC registration, and a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle. Day hours across Yorkshire & Hull, with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
• UK right to work and driving license required.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse looking for your next challenge?

A well-established care provider is seeking a strong Peripatetic Clinical Lead Nurse to support a number of care homes across Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to work across multiple services, providing clinical leadership, supporting and developing nursing teams, and ensuring consistently high standards of care.

The role would suit a confident, adaptable nurse with strong clinical expertise and a passion for improving resident outcomes and supporting care teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Driver with access to own vehicle
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
