Boston Consulting Group in London is hiring a London Associate to Consultant Performance Partner Manager within the LAB A-C Performance Team. The role drives staffing and billability management for A-Cs, building trusted relationships, ensuring transparency, and supporting staff with regular staffing updates and optimization opportunities.

You will lead LAB-wide projects, foster cross-team collaboration with HR, Finance and PA/PPPL, and provide guidance to junior staff while refining processes

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and numerate.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial success through optimum deployment and billability management of A-Cs, with regular staffing updates.
• Lead LAB-wide projects, planning, coordinating and delivering initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development in staffing decision-making.
• Build relationships with A-Cs through regular touch bases on staffing, billability and performance topics.
• Identify and drive process improvements and embed stronger ways of working, including automation and AI optimisation.
• Provide coverage for the team on ad hoc projects (e.g. bonus letter checks, citizenship data collection).
