Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director to act as a senior strategic partner to ringfenced Practice Area leadership in London, Amsterdam, and Brussels. The role focuses on optimizing billability, pipeline health, capacity planning and staffing, while leading the LAB Ringfence Performance Team.

The position is a fixed-term maternity cover of about nine months, with a return-to-work date contingent on the colleague being replaced.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and partner at MDP level.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and well experienced numerate.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).

Responsibilities

• Own the LAB Ringfence Performance Team strategy, optimizing deployment, utilization and billability towards targets.
• Provide data-driven staffing insights and forward-looking case demand planning.
• Lead pyramid planning, hiring/mobility strategies and cross-functional collaboration with PA leadership.
• Drive career development for PPPLs and contribute to promotion pipelines and CDC outcomes.
