Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London, Amsterdam and Brussels seeks a LAB Career Development Manager to lead career development and performance reviews for Associates to Consultants. You will head the LAB CD team, drive cross-office initiatives, and ensure consistent, efficient processes aligned with business priorities.

You will bring 5+ years in a professional services environment, exceptional English skills, and strong capabilities in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear, transparent career development processes for A-Cs.
• Oversee A-C Career Development Committees (CDCs) with fairness and consistency.
• Monitor LAB-wide A-C CD data; identify trends and risks.
• Promote automation and standardisation of CD data.
• Line manage the A-C branch of the CD Expertise Team; coach the team.
• Support embedding best practices; lead change and project management.
• Collaborate with Career Development Advisors and People Team on changes.
• Identify and implement CD process improvements and scalable workflows.
