Lockton Companies is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive growth for the Performance and Private Clients division. You will plan, implement, and optimise digital campaigns across channels to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, monitor performance with analytics, and translate data into actionable insights while ensuring all marketing activity complies with regulatory requirements and Lockton's tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate optimisation.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and various digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisational skills.
