Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in the United Kingdom (Birmingham) to support growth and brand differentiation across client segments. You will plan, implement, and optimise campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

You will collaborate with teams, agencies, and partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Lockton's tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• Knowledge of channels: social media, email, SEO, PPC and content marketing.
• Experience coordinating multiple marketing projects and stakeholders.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Marketing qualification or equivalent professional experience.
