About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically minded Performance Marketing Manager to lead global paid media efforts across two prestigious fine jewellery brands—Austen & Blake and Diamond Factory. This high-impact role involves executing and scaling digital acquisition strategies across global markets (UK, US, AU, EU), while maintaining each brand’s unique identity. You will also be responsible for forecasting ROI across all sales channels, ensuring visibility and optimization of performance across online and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and have experience in both hands-on campaign management and strategic oversight, including managing third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation across regions including the UK, US, Australia, and Europe.
  • Forecast and report ROI across all sales channels, including eCommerce and showroom sales, to drive measurable growth.
  • Lead management of third-party agencies and media partners, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs.
  • Adapt campaigns for local markets while maintaining global brand consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, analytics, creative, product, retail) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct testing and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Use analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and others to monitor performance and inform decisions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, platform innovations, and audience segments for testing and scaling.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and adherence to advertising standards in each market.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within retail, eCommerce, or luxury sectors.
  • Proven success in managing international campaigns and delivering strong ROI across multiple sales channels.
  • Experience managing third-party media agencies effectively.
  • Proficiency with key platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience forecasting ROI.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing models and showroom integration is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and teams.
  • Understanding of GDPR and digital advertising compliance.
Qualifications
  • Experience in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion eCommerce sectors.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are a bonus but not essential.

  • The opportunity to shape the growth of two dynamic international jewellery brands
  • Hybrid working environment from our London HQ
