Operating successfully with a globally distributed team since 2017, Smile seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to drive business growth through paid marketing channels.

The Role

Objectives: To attract a proven performance marketer experienced with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others, responsible for driving revenue and sales for dental cover products.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time role involves managing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing ROI, and collaborating with sales and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed revenue-driving plans.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce costs.
• Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and optimize landing pages.
• Develop lead generation strategies at all funnel stages and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creative, and bidding strategies.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Explore new platforms and channels for growth.
• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and IT teams to align strategies.

KPIs

• Growth in dental cover sales month-on-month.
• Positive ROI and customer lifetime value improvement.
• Optimized customer acquisition costs.
