Job Description:

Smile is a national digital health company with almost 20 years in the industry, comprising 5 divisions including the National Dental Network, Health Fund Partnerships, Projects & Investments, Retail Dental Cover, and Corporate Dental Cover.

The Role

Role Objectives

We seek a performance marketer with a proven track record in driving growth through paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working with the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social strategies, create platform-specific ad creatives, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns, monitor and optimize the funnel, and work with stakeholders to address issues.
  • Budget Management: Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance.
  • Testing: Implement A/B testing hypotheses, coordinate tests, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports on campaign metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Explore New Platforms: Identify new opportunities, collaborate with creatives, align strategies with organic initiatives, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
