Ignite is partnering with a fast-growing UK D2C brand in Health and Wellness, seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition. The role requires hands-on management of Meta and Google ads, daily in-ad accounts work, budgeting, bidding, and testing creatives and audiences.

Based in Surrey with a hybrid model (3 days in-office), you will help grow the business from £10m to £20m. EMI scheme after one year and a one-week work-from-anywhere policy accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta and Google.
• Background in fast-growth D2C / e-commerce business, in-house or agency side.
• Understanding of higher AOV products and how to build funnels.
• Driven, sociable, ambitious and fun to work with.

• Own and personally run paid acquisition across channels.
• Manage budgets, bidding, testing creatives and audiences.
• Diagnose performance issues and optimize campaigns daily.
