Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, based in London. Your role will involve launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across existing channels, as well as taking ownership of new channels we are testing. You will ensure that our digital marketing strategies align with our business growth targets and KPIs. We seek a driven, analytical, and commercially minded expert to manage day-to-day optimizations, campaigns, and innovation to meet ROAS and acquisition goals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing global and local campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Google AppCampaigns, and Meta to boost brand awareness and app user growth, while exploring new opportunities.
  • Owning new channels under testing, such as Programmatic and Demand Generation.
  • Planning, optimizing, and reporting on lead generation campaigns to support partner acquisition.
  • Developing and executing innovative paid media strategies, reporting on growth metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Analyst on spend tracking, CAC, and ROI; working with creative, brand, and retention teams to ensure campaign effectiveness; and discussing performance and testing ideas with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Maintaining relationships with platform managers to test new product features, align on best practices, and benchmark against competitors.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing international brand awareness, lower funnel, and retargeting campaigns, with hands-on campaign creation and optimization to meet CPA and ROI targets.
  • Experience working with challenging marketing metrics and KPIs, including SKAN, Sandbox, and MMPs like Adjust and AppsFlyer.
  • Proactive in seeking new acquisition opportunities and improving performance, resilient and creative in overcoming technical hurdles.
  • Strong data literacy to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and understanding of business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey performance, strategy, and priorities.
  • Experience in brand awareness display campaigns, including Rich Media, Video, and high-impact activities.
