Reporting into our Head of Acquisition, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth targets through a range of channels including Search (PPC), Paid Social, Affiliate + Influencer Marketing. The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Alongside our other Performance Marketing Manager, oversee the implementation of the Performance Marketing Strategy, with ownership over the implementation on Affiliate and Search channels with the goal of driving revenue and new customer growth to TrinnyLondon.com.
- Support with international expansion of owned channels (Affiliate & Search) and new channel scoping and testing.
- Monitor and analyse the performance and effectiveness of affiliate programs and any media campaigns or activity.
- Manage channel budgets and continuously optimise spend to ensure we are investing in most efficient areas (ensuring CPA + RoAS efficiencies).
- Shape the execution of performance activity across Search in close collaboration with our PPC agency and against strict market targets.
- Lead the long-term Affiliates channel strategy for local markets (UK, US, AUS, EU + ROW) to deliver new customer growth via Affiliate networks (LTK, Rakuten and ShopMy).
- Help mentor and develop junior support ensuring they are high performing.
- Working in close collaboration with our design team to deliver hard working digital assets with ongoing share-through of AB Test results and creative channel best practice.
- Spearheading the testing framework on your owned channels by proposing, planning and managing a variety of tests spanning creative, audience and strategic optimisations.
- Providing succinct, regular reporting on performance and key KPIs across channels and platforms to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Commercial experience of determining ambitious KPI performance from affiliate networks, inclusive of setting up commission rates across channels/by community and ensuring accuracy of commission claims through monthly reporting.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to better understand our customers and how to drive a healthy ROAS at a good scale, liaising with tech and BI teams when necessary
- Supporting the development and launch of campaigns to support business incentives and new product launches from planning, briefing to execution and reporting.
- Staying up to date with industry best practices and updates.
As Performance Marketing Manager you possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience in actively running high growth performance marketing campaigns either in-house or at an agency.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Affiliate Networks (including but not exclusively Rakuten, Partnerize, LTK RewardStyle, YT Brand, ShopMy).
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful Affiliate strategies and campaigns across multiple territories (US experience a benefit).
- Experience in multi-touch attribution models and MMM of benefit but not a must.
- In-depth knowledge of wider Social and Search landscape and emerging digital trend, demonstrating a solid understanding of their analytics and how they operate
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset who is eager to deliver against ambitious, profitable growth targets.
- A curious and analytical mindset, always open to learning and hypothesis testing.
- A team player who has a proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams
- Adaptable and highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- A confident communicator, who understands how to adjust written and verbal communications to suit different audiences
- Competent user of excel and google sheets including vlookups and PivotTables
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, always striving to find ways to improve our campaign performance and ways of working
