Are you a Paid Search expert looking to advance your career? Our client, a leading sports brand in aquatics, equestrian, and field sports, seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search efforts.

This role requires a driven, analytical, and technically skilled marketer with a strong commercial mindset. You will manage global Paid Search activities across the UK, EU, and US, initially working with an agency and later building an internal team. Your goal is to drive demand, conversions, and revenue aligned with category budgets, ROAS, and CPA targets.

Responsibilities include reporting, analyzing, and optimizing paid search performance and spend. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams, providing data, market insights, and technical expertise to deliver effective PPC campaigns.
