Qualificações

• 6+ years in a performance marketing role, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership position within an agency.
• Demonstrable experience in managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns with significant ROI.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, able to analyse complex data and drive decisions.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient with key platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) and analytics tools.

• Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy across multiple channels.

• Mentor, inspire, and support a team of performance marketing specialists.

• Develop and manage campaign budgets for optimal resource allocation.
