Quilter Cheviot in London seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to plan and deliver cross-channel campaigns across paid media, search and social. You will drive qualified enquiries, manage budgets and align activity with business and brand plans.

Reporting to the MD, Distribution, Proposition & Marketing, you will set strategy, lead a team, work with agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance and data protection in all marketing activities.

Competenze

• Demonstrable performance marketing experience, including building business cases to scale digital media.
• Practical expertise in paid and organic search, paid social, performance measurement and conversion optimisation.
• Evidence of improving enquiry volume, quality or cost and demonstrating commercial contribution.
• Ability to interpret performance data, forecast results, assess attribution limits and recommend investment decisions.
• Experience leading specialists and managing agencies, including performance and development.
• Ability to explain performance clearly, influence senior stakeholders and work across marketing, distribution, digital, data, risk and compliance.
• Understanding of financial promotions, Consumer Duty and data protection in a regulated business.

• Direct delivery across channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, other social platforms) and AI-assisted/organic search.
• Budget management: plan, allocate spend and monitor cost per enquiry and ROI.
• Adjust targeting, spend and channel mix based on performance.
• Collaborate with content and distribution to improve landing pages and conversion from enquiry to qualified opportunity.
• Lead a test plan for creative, messaging and calls to action with clear hypotheses.
