Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and budget forecasting with accountability for CAC, LTV and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop the performance marketing team.
• Drive acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and affiliates.
• Build a structured testing programme across creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content and Brand to scale direct-response ideas and optimize campaigns.
• Improve attribution, reporting and measurement alongside Data and Finance.
• Identify and launch new acquisition channels and partner with CRM for onboarding and retention.
