About The Job

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Director to elevate our customer acquisition efforts. You’ll lead Omaze’s global performance marketing strategy—driving growth across paid channels and delivering measurable business results. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll be instrumental in scaling our marketing and expanding internationally.

You should possess strategic thinking and hands-on experience, focusing on scalable programs, efficiency improvements, and new growth avenues. Collaborating with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you'll optimize campaigns from initial click to conversion. This role suits someone thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, eager to combine performance marketing with social purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across ATL, paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team and agency partners.
  • Achieve customer acquisition targets and optimize LTV to CAC across all paid media efforts.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teams to create high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making, run A/B tests, and refine strategies to improve CAC and LTV.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Omaze at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and budgeting.

About You:

  • Proven performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, scale-ups, or digital consumer brands.
  • Successful management of large budgets across multiple paid media channels, with a focus on efficient growth.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports for actionable insights.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn approach.

Our hiring process
