Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaign set-ups, either in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong copywriting skills adaptable to different brands and audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to build a career in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Performance Marketing Manager with planning, delivery and reporting of campaigns.
• Build paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads and other channels per media plans.
• Create clear, effective ad copy tailored to each brand's tone.
• Set up campaign tracking, work with web teams on ad tracking and analytics.
• Gather monthly performance and finance data, raise PO's, coordinate with Finance to meet deadlines.
• Brief Creative Services on assets and support delivery to partners.
• Review competitors' launch activity for trends and opportunities.
• Track platform updates that affect campaign setup, billing or creative needs.
• Develop skills in analyzing marketing performance data for insights.
• Support development of creative ideas and test new campaigns.
