Job summary

Frontier, Cambridge-based independent video game developer and publisher, is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant on a full-time basis with hybrid flexibility (minimum 3 days in the studio). The role focuses on setting up paid media campaigns, writing advertising copy and supporting go-to-market campaigns across digital platforms.

You will work with a data-led team to develop skills in gathering and interpreting marketing performance data and contribute to measurable launch outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaign set-ups, either in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the flexibility to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• An enthusiasm to build a career in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Performance Marketing Manager with planning, delivery and reporting of campaigns.
• Build paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads and other channels.
• Create clear ad copy tailored to each brand's tone and personality.
• Set up campaign tracking and coordinate with web teams on analytics.
• Gather monthly performance data and coordinate with Finance on PO deadlines.
