Job summary

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Performance Manager for the St George's Directorate to oversee outpatient and health records services across St George's Hospital and satellite sites.

You will manage administrative staff, lead team leaders, drive performance against KPIs, monitor data quality, and collaborate with the Booking Centre to ensure RTT targets are met while delivering excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing administrative teams delivering outpatient and health records services.
• Ability to drive performance against KPIs and improve service delivery.
• Experience in data quality monitoring and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative staff delivering outpatient and health records services.
• Directly manage team leaders responsible for sub-specialties within the administration team.
• Lead on performance targets and implement projects to improve service delivery and patient experience.
• Monitor KPIs across admissions, outpatients and health records; compile data reports for senior management.
• Liaise with external health records provider and monitor service performance at all sites.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and support clinical, administrative and nursing teams.
• Manage annual leave, sickness, disciplinary and performance issues for direct reports.
