Job summary

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a Senior Operational Support Analyst to provide Level 2/3 technical support for Data and Analytics live services, post-transition to Technical Service Operations. You will join a team of 7 analysts supporting 14 live services and participate in service transition activities.

The role requires strong problem solving, SQL/ETL experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid working is available, with office/home balance over a 4-week period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology or CS.
• ITIL Service Management qualification.
• Knowledge of GDPR and public sector IT obligations.
• Experience in enterprise IT service delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and faults within SLAs.
• Drive continuous service improvements across production environments.
• Deliver incident metrics and trend analysis with recommendations.
• Escalate high-severity incidents to protect operations.
• Maintain a knowledge base for on-call resolution.
