The AA is seeking a Senior Operations Performance Analyst in London to drive operational performance improvement. You will blend data analysis, business modelling and strategic thinking to convert complex information into practical recommendations.

You’ll partner with Operations, Product, Finance and Technology to shape priorities and translate insights into action. Reporting to the CarCare Operations Director, you’ll build models for demand, capacity and productivity, and influence senior

Qualificações

• Strong analytical capability with data interpretation and visualisation.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Python or R and BI tools.
• Experience building analytical, operational or scenario models to support decisions across demand, capacity, productivity, or cost to serve.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience applying analytics to improve performance in fast-paced operations or consulting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse operational performance to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain models covering demand, capacity, workforce requirements, productivity, cost to serve and different operational scenarios.
• Turn performance data into meaningful insight, identifying the story behind the numbers and recommending actions that improve outcomes.
• Work across teams to gather information, test assumptions and translate analysis into action.
• Support strategic decision making by structuring complex problems and quantifying potential impact.
