IntecSelect is partnering with a large global education technology organisation to recruit a Performance Manager for its Digital & Online Proposition in London. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week; £45,000-£55,000 plus a defined 27% pension benefit and excellent benefits.

The role blends commercial analytics with strategic influence, turning data into actionable insights to drive growth, customer engagement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong background in BI, Data Analysis or Performance Analysis.
• Experience analysing digital products or customer journeys.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable commercial insight.
• Experience with SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPIs.
• Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.
• Support pricing strategy, forecasting, ROI and investment cases.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across digital products and journeys.
• Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Assist leadership in prioritising investments and improvements.
• Support ongoing development of the organisation's data and performance capabilities.
