Job summary

Intec Select partners with a large EdTech organisation in Greater London to recruit a Data Analyst. The role focuses on turning learner behaviour and product performance into actionable insights across product, marketing, and commercial outcomes.

You will build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, analyse funnels and engagement, and support pricing, onboarding and growth strategies. EdTech experience is essential, with flexible working provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI or Product Analytics.
• Experience in EdTech, digital learning, online education or assessment.
• Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Experience analysing digital products and customer/learner journeys.
• Strong understanding of digital funnel, engagement and retention metrics.
• Experience with GA4 and digital analytics tools.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful commercial and product insight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse learner behaviour, product performance and commercial outcomes
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, datasets and Power BI dashboards
• Analyse customer journeys, digital funnels, engagement and retention
• Evaluate product features, releases and marketing performance
• Support analysis around pricing, onboarding and growth strategies
• Develop and track KPIs across digital learning products
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and product performance
• Support improvements across data quality, governance and reporting
