Job summary
Intec Select is seeking a commercially minded Performance Manager to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, pricing, investment and profitability within a global education technology portfolio.
You will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Data to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and analyse revenue and customer data to identify opportunities for expansion and optimisation.
Qualifications
- Strong background in BI, Data Analysis or Commercial Analysis.
- Experience analysing digital products, services or customer journeys.
- Strong quantitative and commercial analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPIs.
- Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
- Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.
- Support pricing strategy, forecasting, ROI and investment cases.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities across digital products and customer journeys.
- Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
- Help leadership determine where to invest, prioritise and improve.
