Intec Select Ltd. is partnering with a global education technology organisation to recruit a Performance Manager for the Digital & Online proposition.

The role blends data, commercial insight and strategic influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to drive growth, pricing, investment and profitability, developing dashboards and reporting for senior leadership while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in BI, data analysis, commercial or performance analysis.
• Experience analyzing digital products or customer journeys.
• Strong quantitative and commercial analytical skills.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPIs.
• Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.
• Support pricing strategy, forecasting, ROI and investment cases.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across digital products and journeys.
• Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Help leadership determine where to invest, prioritise and improve.
• Support the continued development of the organisation's data and performance capabilities.
