Intec Select Ltd. is partnering with a global education technology organisation to recruit a Performance Manager for the Digital & Online proposition.

The role blends data, commercial insight and strategic influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to drive growth, pricing, investment and profitability, developing dashboards and reporting for senior leadership while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in BI, data analysis, commercial or performance analysis.
• Experience analyzing digital products or customer journeys.
• Strong quantitative and commercial analytical skills.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPIs.
• Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.

Performance Manager - Digital & Online Proposition

£45,000-£55,000 + Defined 27% Benefit Pension & Excellent Benefits

Permanent | Hybrid - London | 3 Days Onsite per Week

We are partnering with a large global education technology organisation operating across 100+ countries, generating more than £600m in annual revenue and engaging with over 2.5 million users globally.

The organisation is investing significantly in its digital learning and workplace proposition and is looking for a commercially minded Performance Manager to turn complex data into actionable insight that drives growth, customer engagement, pricing, investment and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data, BI or Performance Analyst looking to move beyond traditional reporting into a role with genuine commercial and strategic influence.

Core experience:

Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Data, you will:

Essential experience:

• Strong quantitative and commercial analytical skills
• Experience with SQL, Excel and BI/visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable business insight
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing or Finance functions
• GA4 experience would be advantageous
• Experience within EdTech, SaaS, subscriptions or another data-rich digital environment would be beneficial
