Job summary

Colchester United Football Club is seeking a Training Ground Chef to lead food production at the Florence Park Training Ground in Tiptree. You will design menus, manage procurement, and deliver meals that support player wellbeing and performance.

You will work closely with the Head of Catering and Sports Science to create menus that are fresh, seasonal, and aligned with dietary needs, while supporting matchdays and club events in a daytime-focused schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Production at Florence Park Training Ground, delivering high-quality meals that meet performance goals and dietary needs.
• Menu Planning & Innovation with Head of Catering and Sports Science team.
• Procurement & Stock Control to source and manage kitchen supplies.
• Presentation & Service to ensure meals look and taste exceptional.
• Build Strong Relationships with players, staff and guests for outstanding dining experiences.
• Ensure Health & Safety Compliance with rigorous standards.
• Support Matchdays & Events at the stadium and club functions.
