Job summary

Ringway Jacobs in Crewe is seeking a Performance Co-ordinator to oversee the Highways Performance Management Framework and work with highway service area teams to track delivery against Contract Performance commitments.

You will lead social value initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, the client, community organisations, schools and supply chain partners, and support programme delivery and training initiatives across the project.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with Excel formulas, conditional formatting and pivot tables.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience in supporting performance management or social value activity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate collation, validation and reporting of performance measures.
• Lead quality assurance of raw performance data and address risks.
• Produce clear performance reports and visualisations for monthly board meetings.
• Collaborate with indicator owners to implement improvements.
• Ensure performance exceptions are communicated to the client via established processes.
