Our client, Ringway Jacobs, a leading provider of integrated highways management, is seeking a Performance Co-ordinator to join their team in Crewe.
The Performance Co-ordinator will play a key role in overseeing the Highways Performance Management Framework and collaborating with highway service area teams to track delivery against our Contract Performance commitments. This position will also lead and shape our approach to social value, fostering strong internal teams, the client, community organisations, schools and supply chain partners. Additionally, as part of the programme team, you will support broader administrative tasks related to programme delivery and training initiatives.
