Job summary

Hamilton Bradshaw Group is seeking a Head of Performance Excellence to build a new function within a fast-growing recruitment portfolio. You will design and deliver structured consultant development tied to billings, partnering with senior leaders to embed improvements across four UK offices and one in Germany.

You'll lead training to raise performance, support the premium market positioning, and drive scalable change. Travel across UK offices will be essential as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training to raise consultant performance.
• Ability to embed improvements in day-to-day working across a multi-office business.
• Comfort with AI adoption and helping others leverage new tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes to move consultants to the next level of performance.
• Support premium market positioning by treating consultants as partners to clients beyond filling roles.
• Identify opportunities to develop individuals and teams and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to remove blockers to growth and help managers scale teams.
• Support and propagate the AI rollout with best practices and experimentation.
• Measure impact on consultant earnings and productivity and report back.
